Please come join us for an exciting General Meeting in August! We will have guest speakers from Red Rock Center for Independence (RRCI) to tell us all about the important work that RRCI does in our community. RRCI is the beneficiary of our next fundraising event “Friendly Feud”. This is a fantastic opportunity to see where that money will be going. Also, a “needs list” for RRCI was distributed via email to all members. If you want to donate items from that list to further help RRCI, you can bring items to the August meeting.
If you previously ordered a SULS shirt, they will be available for pick up at the August General Meeting. We will also be offering the opportunity to order SULS tumblers and will have a sample tumbler there on display.
Last but not least, we will be discussing the Board of Directors slate for next year, and will be asking for volunteers and/or nominations to fill that slate. So please think seriously about whether you could be a contributing board member!
